Tagtag is a traditional ritual to protect the rice crop from rats and other pest. It involves a great number of Ifugao men clad in traditional Ifugao attire marching along the rice terraces while beating wood planks in rhythm. As a photographer and a tourist seeing this kind of event was such an eye wonder. I just love how these people gave importance to their culture and tradition. They are very proud and willing to share it to others. The hospitality was also great and I can't wait to go back. :)

Since I'm a child photographer before and I do love kids I decided to roam around and took shots of them. What I found disturbing is that their parents are young individuals, younger than me and it makes me think on how they will be able to support and have a family so early. Oh well, I just hope these innocent kids will have a good life ahead of them.
